Automatically applied to all orders above a certain dollar amount (see banner on website). Free shipping uses Standard service.

- Washington DC
- US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands) — additional shipping time applies
- Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS
We do not ship internationally.
Tracking:
You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24 hours to appear.
Hot weather shipping (May–September):
Oils can thin or soften in high heat. During summer months, we:
- Ship Monday–Wednesday only (to avoid packages sitting in hot warehouses over weekends)
- Add insulated liners to all packages
- Include a note: “If oil appears thin, refrigerate for 20 minutes before use”
Cold weather shipping (November–March):
Oils can become cloudy or solid in freezing temperatures. This does not affect quality. If your oil arrives solid, let it sit at room temperature for 24 hours, then shake well.
Lost or stolen packages:
If tracking shows “delivered” but you do not have your package:
- Check with household members and neighbors
- Wait 2 full days (carriers occasionally mark delivered early)
- Contact your local post office or UPS depot with the tracking number
- If still missing after step 3, email us. We will investigate. Replacements for lost packages are processed only after the carrier confirms loss (usually 5–7 business days)
We do not refund or replace packages marked “delivered” if you provided an incorrect address.
Address changes:
You may change your shipping address within 2 hours of placing your order by emailing us. After 2 hours, your order may already be packed. If it has shipped, you must contact the carrier directly.
