The Natureabreath Oil Guarantee

We want you to love how our oils feel on your skin and hair. If you do not, we have a simple return process.

Standard return window: 30 days from delivery

What can be returned:

  • Unopened bottles with safety seal intact
  • Opened bottles if you tried the oil once and had a reaction (we will ask for a brief description to improve our formula)

What cannot be returned:

  • Bottles more than half used
  • Products purchased more than 60 days ago
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items (clearly marked at checkout)

How to return an oil:

  1. Email us your order number and which oil(s) you want to return
  2. Tell us briefly why (optional but helpful — “too strong,” “did not absorb,” “scent not for me”)
  3. We will send you a return label. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error
  4. Pour any remaining oil into the trash (do not pour down the drain). Recycle or discard the glass bottle
  5. You do not need to ship the bottle back. Yes, really. We trust you.

Why we do not require return shipping of bottles:
Oil in transit can leak. Glass breaks. Return shipping is expensive. Instead, we ask you to dispose of the oil responsibly. This policy applies only to returns — not to warranty claims for damaged products (see below).

Refund timing:
Once you email us that you have disposed of the oil, we issue a refund within 2 business days. Refunds go to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are not refunded.

Damaged or leaking bottle on arrival:

If your bottle arrives broken or leaking:

  1. Take a photo of the bottle inside its packaging
  2. Email us the photo within 48 hours of delivery
  3. We will ship a replacement bottle the same day at no charge to you
  4. No need to return the damaged bottle — safely wrap and discard it

Wrong oil shipped:
If you ordered Hair Oil but received Body Oil (or any other mismatch), we will:

  • Refund you fully OR send the correct oil (your choice)
  • Let you keep the incorrect oil at no charge

Exchanges (scent swapping):
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different scent, return the original bottle using the process above (dispose and notify us), then place a new order.

Subscription or recurring orders:
If you have a subscription, you may skip, pause, or cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Refunds for subscription charges already processed follow the same 30-day window from the charge date.
